UBC's taper roller bearings are widely used in compressors, pitch & yaw gearboxes of wind power, RV reducers for intelligent robot, elevators, industrial gearboxes, agricultural machinery and many more.
Taper roller bearings are roller bearings with conical rollers. These bearings are designed to support heavy radial loads and heavy thrust loads in one direction. Taper roller bearings are generally separable. The cone, consisting of the inner ring with rollers assembly, can be mounted separately from the cup (outer ring). Both metric series of ISO standard and inch series of AFBMA standard are available. Single-row, double-row, four-row and customized design are also available.
UBC's taper roller bearings adopts logarithmic curve design for the inner and outer ring raceways and rolling elements, which effectively reduces the stress concentration of the raceway and improves the service life of the bearing. The rib of the roller adopts a hard-turning process, the optimized rib structure helps to reduce friction and improve the lubrication effect of the bearing, and effectively increases the axial load by 1.5 times, compared with conventional process.
